BRFD responded to early morning house fire on Shelley Street
BATON ROUGE - Fire investigators believe arson is the cause of a fire on an empty house at the 4300 block of Shelley Street Monday morning.
According to BRFD, people were seen entering the vacant home Sunday evening.
Baton Rouge Fire Department responded to the call shortly after 12:30 a.m. When firefighters arrived, more than half of the building was already engulfed in flames, but was shortly brought under control.
No one was hurt in the fire.
