Teen accused of raping girl at school
BATON ROUGE - Sheriff's deputies charged a 17-year-old with raping a girl while in a school locker room this summer.
Deputies arrested Myron Turner Jr. on Thursday for charges of second degree rape. Investigators said the victim told them Turner forced himself on her while in the locker room of an area high school back in June.
According to Turner's arrest affidavit, the victim told deputies Turner came up to her while she was in the bathroom and said he wanted to have sex with her, but she refused. She said Turner then forced her against the wall and pinned her arms behind her back while he raped her.
The victim said she told Turner multiple times to stop, but he refused.
Authorities issued a warrant for his arrest Wednesday, then booked him into the parish jail the following day.
