BATON ROUGE – Baton Rouge Police detectives are attempting to identify a suspect accused of shooting a man in the Circle K parking lot on Plank Road.

The shooting occurred on Dec. 4 around 2:15 a.m. when the suspect followed a man out of the Circle K and began firing at him. The 32-year-old man was struck in the back and transported to a local hospital with not life-threatening injuries.

According to BRPD, there are no known motives at this time.
