GULF SHORES, Ala. - Police and their K-9 partners are known to share a special bond, but you've probably never seen partners more in-sync than this pair.

Officers Owan and Hancock of the Gulf Shores Police Department were participating in what they call their "9 p.m. tradition" when K-9 Officer Nitro decided to join in on the workout. Both Owan and Hancock were doing push-ups as part of their routine when Nitro began rising and falling on all fours, mimicking his two coworkers.

Nitro doesn't miss a beat, perfectly matching the pace of his human comrades.
