IBERVILLE- An 18-wheeler fire shut down I-10 westbound on the Basin Bridge for much of Monday morning.

The crash happened around 5:15 a.m. early Monday morning, just past Hwy 975. The truck was hauling food products.

At this time, the fire is out. All westbound traffic was being diverted onto LA 415 until round 1:15 p.m.

No injuries have been reported at this time, according to Louisiana State Police.
