Student injured after falling from school balcony
BATON ROUGE – School employees were first to come to the aid of a student, injured after falling from a balcony at Lee High School Wednesday afternoon.
The student, whose name and age were not released, was hurt. The school said the student was taken to a hospital after a “fall from a second story interior balcony” just after 2 o'clock.
911 was immediately called, the school said, and so were the student's parents.
