Strawberry Festival postponed from rescheduled date; New details coming in May
PONCHATOULA - The annual Strawberry Festival in Tangipahoa Parish was once again rescheduled amid the COVID-19 situation, though this time, organizers did not reveal a date for the festival.
Originally scheduled for the first weekend of April, the festival was moved to May in the early days of the coronavirus outbreak in Louisiana.
On April 15, festival organizers said the rescheduled May dates would be postponed and a new decision will be made by May 7.
The festival is among the largest in the state.
