Baker residents can return home starting Tuesday
BAKER – Baker residents can return home, the mayor said Tuesday.
Mayor Darnell Waites said a couple hundred people – some 30 to 40% of the city – had water. Most of the water had receeded when Waites spoke with WBRZ sometime after 9 a.m. Tuesday.
“We’re holding it together,” Waites said, about how city officials and citizens are handling the situation.
