Man found shot multiple times in backyard of Bartlett Street home

BATON ROUGE - An 18-year-old who was shot multiple times on Saturday afternoon died in a hospital Sunday.
The Baton Rouge Police Department said 18-year-old Kendrick Jarmon was walking in a neighborhood around 6 p.m. May 4 when an unknown man approached him and started shooting.
Officers said Jarmon ran into a backyard on Bartlett Street and collapsed. Jarmon was taken to a hospital where he died during surgery the following day.
No information about the shooter has been released. No arrests have been made.
