Man shot on Bourbon Street in New Orleans, dies at hospital
NEW ORLEANS - New Orleans police say a fistfight outside a French Quarter bar turned deadly when someone pulled a gun and shot a 26-year-old New Orleans man.
The Orleans Parish coroner identified a man shot and killed outside a bar in New Orleans' French Quarter. Dr. Jeffrey Rouse says Brandon Robinson died of a bullet wound.
New Orleans police say surveillance video outside the Prohibition Bar on Bourbon Street shows one man punching Robinson and another pulling a gun and shooting him early Saturday.
Spokesman Garry Flot says investigators are trying to learn what touched off the fight. He says they're interviewing witnesses and getting more video.
