Man shot in head during argument over parking space at apartment complex
BATON ROUGE - A man was arrested after he allegedly shot another person in the head during a confrontation over a parking spot.
The Baton Rouge Police Department said the shooting happened around 9 p.m. Thursday at an apartment complex on N Harrells Ferry Road.
Police said Kevin Allen, 53, shot a 50-year-old man in the head after getting into an argument with the victim over the parking space.
Allen was booked on a charge of attempted second-degree murder.
