BATON ROUGE - BRPD is responding to a reported shooting on Julia Street.

Sources said the reported shooting happened in the 700 block of Julia Street near St. Joseph Street.

One person was transported from the scene by first responders, officials said. Police said the victim was shot inside a home and suffered non-life threatening injuries.
