BATON ROUGE - Baton Rouge Police detectives are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred in a parking lot at 1828 N. Foster Drive around 2 a.m. Thursday. 

One man, 32-year-old Tharius Cutno, was killed as a result of the shooting and another 31-year-old man was injured. That man was transported to a local hospital in stable condition. The identity of the man has not been released at the time of this post.

According to BRPD, the shooting was caused by an argument. There are no known suspects at the time.
