Sandbag locations announced in Livingston Parish in preparation of Hurricane Michael
LIVINGSTON PARISH - Officials in Livingston Parish are providing sandbag locations in preparation for the potential rising water levels as a result of Hurricane Michael.
Sand and sandbags will be available at the fire station in Killian on Highway 22, and the fire station in Springfield on Terry Street.
