NEW ORLEANS- Police are searching for a man who posted an odd Facebook status then later disappeared.

According to a report from WWL, 30-year-old Craig Magraff posted to Facebook "Good Bye, Cruel World!" on Oct. 19th. 

Family and friends have not been able to get in touch with Magraff since the post was made, and he has not been active on Facebook. 

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Seventh District detectives at (504) 658-6070.
