Man drowned after boat overturned in Denham Springs
DENHAM SPRINGS – Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office deputies are responded to a drowning on Plantation Lake Avenue in Denham Springs around 10 a.m. on Tuesday morning.
Initial reports indicated that an adult male and juvenile were in a boat and fishing. The boat capsized and the juvenile was able to make it to safety however the adult male was not.
The investigation continues and foul play is not suspected, according to Livingston Parish Sheriff Jason Ard.
