LIVINGSTON- The Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office announced on Thursday morning that its administrative phones lines are down. The office announced the outage on LPSO Facebook page Thursday morning around 9 a.m.

The office says that the lines are down due to a “fiber cut.”

IF residents need to contact the LPSO they are asked to call 911.

The sheriff’s office said it will provide updates periodically about this matter.
