Dakota Theriot jailed without bond in multi-parish killings
ASCENSION PARISH - Confessed killer Dakota Theriot is being held in Livingston Parish without bond.
Theriot was flown back to Louisiana Jan. 31 after he was arrested in Virginia three days earlier. Theriot was booked into the Ascension Parish Jail and then moved to Livingston Parish Monday.
The alleged killer was given a combined $125,000 bond for home invasion and illegal use of a weapon in Ascension, as well as a $50,000 bond in Livingston Parish for vehicle theft. However, jail records suggest Theriot is being held without bond for his five murder charges.
