Crews inspect State Capitol ahead of exterior repair project
BATON ROUGE - A team spent Monday afternoon inspecting the Louisiana State Capitol’s exterior as part of an ongoing waterproofing project.
Officials said they’ve yet to establish a timeframe for reopening the front of the building where the most substantial portions of the work will need to be completed.
The total cost of the inspection is $299,185.
