BATON ROUGE - Police identified a man who was found shot to death in his home Sept. 3. 

Police said 54-year-old Arthur Parker was the victim of the shooting that happened sometime after 11 a.m. on Georgia Street across from McKinley High School. No students were on campus, as classes were canceled due to the recent storm.

No other details were immediately available.
