BATON ROUGE - Officials were called to a reported shooting at an apartment complex on Coursey Boulevard.

The incident happened just before 6 p.m. Wednesday evening at Sherwood Acres Apartments, located on Coursey Boulevard near Stumberg Lane.

Sources say the victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
