New flashing yellow turn signal introduced in Ascension Parish
ASCENSION PARISH- Drivers in Ascension Parish should be on the look out for a new flashing signal on traffic lights.
The Louisiana Department of Transportation says it is implementing a new yellow flashing arrow signal to provide safer and more efficient left turns for local drivers. A arrow has been installed at the intersection of U.S. 61 and LA 621.
The new flashing yellow arrow means drivers need to "yield" and turn with caution.
The new arrows are being installed around the state.
