BATON ROUGE - LSU says new offensive coordinator Cam Cameron will receive a three-year contract, paying him $600,000 in the upcoming season.

Officials say Cameron will earn $1.3 million in his second year and $1.5 million for the third year of the deal.

The contract runs through the 2015 season.

The university announced Cameron's hiring last week.

He has served as a coach for the Baltimore Ravens for the past five years.

The LSU Board of Supervisors must approve the contract.
