Rebels fear resumed Aleppo bombing will 'kill us all'

BEIRUT - Syrian activists say fighter jets have resumed bombing raids over remaining rebel areas in eastern Aleppo, despite yesterday's declaration of a cease-fire.
One media activist says aircraft are bombing the rebel-held district of Ansari "as if there's no such thing as a 'cease-fire' or 'evacuation of civilians'."
He says the bombing is a de facto announcement that "they are going to kill us all."
Meanwhile, EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini is appealing to the Syrian government and Russia to do their utmost to spare civilians as they try to capture the last rebel holdouts in Aleppo. Mogherini also warns that says "those who perpetrate war crimes will be held accountable."
