HAMMOND - A college student was murdered steps away from the campus of Southeastern University in Hammond today.

Raphael Garrison, 23, was found lying on his apartment floor unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds.

Detectives are looking for two black males seen leaving the area in a tan colored vehicle.
