Walker: Boil water advisory lifted, officials say water is safe for consumption
WALKER- The precautionary boil water advisory that was issued Tuesday, for parts of Walker, has been lifted.
Earlier this week, officials were concerned that water in the area of Highway 447 from Travis Street and adjacent streets had been contaminated, but as of Thursday morning officials said all water samples are clear and water is safe for consumption.
