Juvenile arrested for beating 61-year-old woman who refused to give oral sex
THIBODAUX- Thibodaux Police Department arrested a juvenile for beating a 61-year-old woman who refused to give him oral sex.
On Monday, around 6:15 p.m., the victim, a 61-year-old woman, was walking in the 300 block of Federal Circle when she was approached by the juvenile.
The juvenile told her to perform oral sex him and when she refused, he began beating her, striking her in the head and neck area.
Several other juveniles were with the attacker at the time of the incident, according to Thibodaux Police Department.
A witness tried to scare the juvenile away, but the juvenile told the witness that he would attack her too.
The main attacker, along with the other juveniles, fled the area when the witness told them that the police was called.
Through investigation, the officers were able to have the juvenile and his father come to the Thibodaux Police Department.
The juvenile initially claimed that he was not in the area at the time of the incident. After further questioning, he admitted to being in the area, but did not admit to what he was accused of.
The juvenile was placed in the Juvenile Detention Center for simple battery of the infirmed and is pending a hearing with Thibodaux Judge Mark Chiasson.
