Baton Rouge Police say the second suspect, Devante Treymayne Courtney, was arrested on Thursday after turning himself in. Courtney was wanted for second degree murder.

Leslie Ferguson, 24, was previously arrested Wednesday and booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison for second-degree murder. Ferguson was located in EBR Parish Prison on an unrelated charge.
