19-year-old accused of raping 1st grader
BATON ROUGE - Police reported the arrest of a man accused of raping a 1st grader.
19-year-old Andres Pascual, of Baton Rouge, was booked on charges of first degree rape and sexual battery after he was arrested Wednesday.
The 6-year-old victim told police that he was watching TV with Pascual at night on an unknown recent date when the man raped him and touched him inappropriately.
The victim was able to use anatomical drawings to indicate the activities in which Pascual forced him to engage.
Pascual was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison where bond has yet to be set.
