BATON ROUGE - A woman is dead following an early morning motorcycle crash.
The crash was reported around 6 a.m. at Siegen Lane and Perkins Road. The woman killed has been identified as 40-year-old Evelyn Carrasco.
State police said Carrasco was driving a 2016 Yongfu motorcycle southbound on Siegen Lane. At the same time, a 2007 Hyundai Azera driven by 27-year-old Folakemi Stinson was traveling eastbound.
