BATON ROUGE – At least one person was found dead Friday morning at an apartment complex off Elm Grove Garden Drive in Baton Rouge.

BRPD responded to Elm Grove Garden Apartments around 1 a.m. and found 45-year-old Eric Green lying between two vehicles suffering from multiple gun shot wounds.

Green died at the scene.

The motive for the shooting is unknown at the time of this post. Anyone with information on the incident is urged to call the Violent Crimes Unit at 225-389-4869.
