BATON ROUGE - Authorities say one person was seriously injured after a motorcycle crashed into the back of an EMS vehicle Sunday afternoon.

The crash occurred around 5 p.m. Sunday on East Azalea Park Drive. 

Sources say the driver of the motorcycle sustained serious injuries. 

Police responded to a shooting on S. Flannery Road around the same time.
