Ambulance hits alligator on Scenic Highway
BATON ROUGE - An alligator was hit by an ambulance on Scenic Highway in Baton Rouge late Wednesday night, sources tell News 2.
The accident happened near the intersection with New Rafe Mayer Rd., north of Southern. It appears the alligator got the worst of the collision, but it appears to still be alive at the time of this post.
The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries is on the scene.
