Inside house of accused child predator, hoarder
BATON ROUGE- The city finally has everything completed to demolish a house infamous for the homeowner's arrest last year.
It's located in a neighborhood off of Starring Lane. People who live near it have complained of a giant mess that's emptied out into the front yard.
The owner, David Burke, is in jail on child pornography charges.
Wednesday evening, WBRZ News 2 was taken inside the home. It's filled with trash, books, and other items that appear to have been hoarded over the years. The video shows piles of materials that have led to the city removing the structure and everything in it.
Crews are set to demolish the house Thursday.
