NCAA Regional games moved to Sunday
Baton Rouge - The LSU Tiger baseball team earned the right to play in a winner's bracket game scheduled for Saturday night, but Mother Nature had other plans with all day rains postponing their contest until Sunday at the earliest.
The NCAA announcing just before we 5:00 p.m. on Saturday that heavy rains have forced the tournament directors to adjust play pushing games back.
Just before 8 p.m. Saturday, game officials made the call to postpone the Rice and Southeastern Louisiana game to 11 a.m. Sunday. That game was stopped in the 7th inning with the Owls leading 4-1.
