Body of missing Iberville Parish man found near Bayou Goula
IBERVILLE PARISH- The body of an Iberville Parish man who'd been missing for ten days was found Sunday evening.
According to Sheriff Brett Stassi of the Iberville Parish Sheriff's Office, John Kenny's body was found by a fisherman around 5:30 p.m. along the levee near Bayou Goula in White Castle.
The 51-year-old man was last seen leaving a store in White Castle on March 7. Officials say Kenny usually walks home along the levee, but never made it back.
Kenny has a history of medical issues, which authorities believe may be a factor in the case.
Sheriff Stassi told WBRZ that foul play is not suspected.
