EUGENE, OREGON- A woman trying to elude police was found hiding in a toilet. Treasure Dawn Shockey was wanted on identity theft charges and when police tried to talk to her, she ran to a construction site.

A construction worker was the person who found her when he lifted the toilet lid. A witness says he saw her running and pointed officers to the site. Then the construction worker told officers he had found her in the toilet.

She was arrested when she left the toilet.
