Teen arrested, more suspects sought after deadly shooting
BATON ROUGE - Sheriff's deputies said a 16-year-old has been arrested and more arrests are coming in a deadly shooting overnight in East Baton Rouge Parish.
Deputies charged the juvenile with being principal to first-degree murder and armed robbery in the death of Osval Andrades, 22.
The shooting on Tracey Avenue sparked a massive show of force as deputies and other law enforcement agencies used air and ground units to search the area near where Andrades was found. The sheriff's office said their search efforts led to the teen being located and arrested.
An EBRSO spokesperson said their investigation is ongoing, and more arrests are expected.
