Suspect threatens to blow up victim's vehicle in social media message
BATON ROUGE - Police arrested a man they say threatened to blow up someone's vehicle.
The incident happened just before 4 p.m. Thursday. According to the arrest report, Jonathan Mills made the threat via a social media message. Mills allegedly wrote, "I ain't threatening you that's a promise."
Police arrested Mills and charged him with communication of false information of planned arson.
