Small brush fire seen at BREC park near the City-Brooks golf course
BATON ROUGE – The fire department responded to a small brush fire at the BREC park at the City-Brooks golf course.
The fire was located along the rail road tracks that run near the course. The fire department arrived on the scene shortly after the fire started, but the truck get stuck on the course.
Sprinklers were seen turned on in an effort to prevent the fire from spreading before the department arrived.
