Mosquito spraying over some Baton Rouge neighborhoods Friday
BATON ROUGE – The East Baton Rouge Parish Mosquito Abatement and Rodent Control says it will be conducting aerial spraying Friday over Baton Rouge.
Officials say the planes will be spraying over the Broadmoor, Sherwood Forest, S. Harrell’s Ferry Rd. and Woodland Ridge subdivisions Friday.
EBRPMARC Assistant Director Randy Vaeth said the spraying is in response to West Nile virus positive mosquito samples collected earlier this week.
