Man shot and killed on Hooper Road in Baton Rouge
BATON ROUGE- Baton Rouge Police are investigating the murder of a 33-year-old man in the middle of Hooper Road overnight.
It happened around 4am in the 4600 block of Hooper. According to investigators, a group of individuals had an argument in the roadway just before the shooting occurred.
The victim died at the scene.
District Attorney Hillar Moore was on the scene this morning along with numerous detectives trying to sort out what happened.
