Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office locate all suspects in assault case

LIVINGSTON PARISH- The Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office located four suspects involved in an assault case, Friday.

Livingston Parish Police arrested Trey Collins, Randall Delay, Julia Oswald, and Donald Leonard on Oct. 9. 

According to authorities, the Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office responded to a call about a suspicious man located on Ruth Dr. When they arrived at the scene they found a partially clothed man running through the neighborhood wearing a blood-drenched shirt. 

The man was transported to a hospital where he told police he was taken to Livingston Parish by two women. Once he arrived at the new location, he was attacked by two unidentified male.

The victim told police he escaped his attackers by jumping out of a window.  

The suspects were arrested and charged with the following: 

Donald Leonard was charged with Attempted Second Degree Murder

Julia Oswald was charged with Principal Second Degree Murder

Tracey Collins was charged with Principal Second Degree Murder

Randall Delay was charged with Principal Second Degree Murder
