Knock Knock Children's Museum opens Tuesday
BATON ROUGE - The Baton Rouge area's newest museum is ready to open its doors to residents and their children.
The Knock Knock Children's Museum is holding a ribbon cutting ceremony and grand opening Tuesday morning.
According to a news release, Knock Knock is designed as a 26,000 square foot facility with multiple interactive exhibits called "Learning Zones."
Each "zone" will focus on a different goal such as increasing early literacy skills or creating interest in science and math subjects.
The museum is located in City Brooks Community Park on Dalrymple Drive in Baton Rouge.
Doors will open to the public at noon.
General admission tickets will cost $14 for ages one and older. Family membership packages start at $150. Families who are members of the museum receive unlimited admission for a year.
