Kenner man indicted for arson and possession of a destructive device
NEW ORLEANS- A Kenner man accused of arson and possession of a destructive device has been indicted in federal court, according to a news release.
Ryan Scott, 39, is charged with arson and possessing a destructive device, the release said.
He is accused of setting a fire at a building in LaPlace on Aug. 13 and having a "destructive device" the same day, the release said.
He could face 30 years in prison and more than $250,000 in fines, the release said.
