NEW ORLEANS - Visitation and funeral arrangements for chef Paul Prudhomme have been scheduled.

Visitation is scheduled between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. on Sunday at Jacob Schoen (SHANE) & Son Funeral Home in New Orleans. Visitation will also be held Monday at 9 a.m. at St. Louis Cathedral in the French Quarter. A funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 a.m.

A private burial will follow the service. 

Prudhomme died Thursday after a brief illness. He was 75.
