Final day of Voodoo Fest canceled due to rain
NEW ORLEANS -- The final day of the Voodoo Music + Arts Experienced has been canceled because of "dangerous weather conditions," the festival announced Sunday morning.
"Fan safety is the top priority for the producers of the festival and current conditions at City Park do not meet our standards for maintaining a safe experience," reads a statement from the festival.
Third Eye Blind, Deadmau5 and the Zac Brown Band were among the headliners Sunday.
Producers say they'll make refunds available this year. A third of the posted price of the ticket will be redeemed to three-day ticket holders. A full refund will be given to single-day ticket holders.
