DENHAM SPRINGS — A man was arrested on four counts of first-degree after an investigation into allegations of sexual abuse, Ascension Parish deputies said.

Wilson Abreu, 49, was arrested Tuesday. Deputies said detectives began investigating the allegations on Aug. 27.

Abreu was booked into the Ascension Parish Jail.
