DENHAM SPRINGS — Agents with the Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office say they seized a semiautomatic rifle along with about 78.6 grams of methamphetamine and 0.6 grams of fentanyl while arresting five people at two homes on Ivy Street.

Sheriff Jason Ard said members of the Narcotics Division and the Armed Robbery and Burglary Division executed search warrants on Aug. 11.

Agents also found a THC vape cartridge with about 2 grams, a semiautomatic rifle, digital scales and packaging materials.

Janet Roberson, 65, was booked on charges that include possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, possession of fentanyl, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Robert Halford, 50, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and theft of utilities.

Jamie Davis, 30, and Tyler Boggan, 33, were each charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Davis also faces a charge of possession of less than 14 grams of marijuana.

Christopher Bielkiewicz, 61, was also arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Authorities say the investigation is ongoing.
