BATON ROUGE — A new CEO has been named for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, also known as Louisiana Blue.

The board of directors announced that Brian P. Keller was named president and chief executive officer. This comes after Bryan Camerlinck, who was named CEO in 2024, retired.

Keller, the company's current executive vice president, served as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer from 2007 to 2024. He will become CEO effective Dec. 1.
